Combat camp style holidays for all levels of experience. Absolute beginners to advanced players will benefit under tutelage of our team.
Classes are "capped" to a max of 15 people, to ensure everyone receives full and careful supervision from our elite coaches.
Our first priority has been to implement the best features/schedule of the Thai camps, but, to make a significant difference from the others; we had to offer more in terms of methodology and knowledge to our students and athletes.

Get fit, lose weight and shape up in our fully fitted purpose built ground floor gym which houses versaclimbers, kettle bells and over six tonnes of free weights and power equipment. Take classes, private lessons or do your own thing on the first level training area with rings, Vale Tudo cage, twenty kick and punch bags and 220m2 of matting.
